Do not use:- for children under 18 years of age.- if allergic to esomeprazole.- if allergic to any other proton pump inhibitor (omeprazole, rabeprazole, lansoprazole, pantoprazole).- if you are taking antiretroviral medicines, such as atazanavir.- if you are taking cilostazol a medicine used to treat pain and/or cramping in the lower leg (or arms) due to inadequate blood flow to the muscles.- if you are breastfeeding or intend to breastfeed.- -f you are experiencing weight loss, persistent regurgitation of food or vomiting, difficulty swallowing or symptoms of gastro-intestinal bleeding, except on medical advice- if you are pregnant or intend to become pregnant except on the advice of a doctor or pharmacist- if the expiry date printed on the pack has passed. Whenever you get a newTarzone® heartburn relief medicine with a 14 day course of Tarzone® for 14 days, matter when you buy this product, you will receive a 20 mg product dose, which will give relief for up to 7 days. If you get a headache or minor aches or pains in the following 3 days, get a 20 mg dose. If you get a headache or minor aches or pain in the following 4 days, you do not need a 20 mg dose. • If you have heart or acid reflux disease, you should not take Nexium 24HR. You may have serious problems if you have heart problems.
• If you have stomach ulcers, you should not take this medicine.
• If you have a history of problems with your heart, including heart attack or angina, you should not take this medicine.
• If you have a history of problems with the liver or kidneys, you should not take this medicine.
• If you have ever had any problems with your stomach or intestines, you should not use this medicine.
• If you are pregnant or breast-feeding, you should use caution before taking this medicine.
• If you have heart problems, your doctor may prescribe this medicine for you.
• If you have severe stomach or intestinal problems, you should not use this medicine.
• If you have kidney problems or are having kidney problems, you should use caution before taking this medicine.
• If you are breastfeeding or intend to breastfeed, you should not use this medicine.
